Sales Manager
Manages sales performance of Salespeople through oversight of daily activities. Works closely with each Salesperson to improve lead conversion rates and increase sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Listen and review sales calls with customers and prospects. Provide advice and guidance to Salespeople based upon call performance assessment.
- Monitor bid opportunities via Company CRM system to verify best practices for follow-up and lead qualification are in practice.
- Oversee training and development of new Salespeople.
- Utilize and develop training resources to further professional development of Salespeople.
- Contact customers directly to help close sales opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Each Salesperson will report directly to the Sales Team Leader. The Team Leader will hold Salespeople Accountable to sales expectations and monitor daily schedules and timecard approval.

Education and/or Experience:
- Sales Supervisory Experience Preferred.
- 4-year College Degree Required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as, probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order processing systems and Word Processing software.
