Sales Team Leader

Manages sales performance of Greenhouse & Hydroponic Salespeople through oversight of daily activities. Works closely with each Greenhouse/Hydroponic Salesperson to improve lead conversion rates and increase sales.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Each Greenhouse Salesperson will report directly to the Sales Team Leader. The Team Leader will hold Salespeople Accountable to sales expectations and monitor daily schedules and timecard approval.
